Help please! What can I use in recipes instead of wine?? 2024.

Can anyone please tell me what I can use to substitute for alcohols in recipes? لاكي I live in the U.S. and a lot of the recipes I like have wine in them.

You can use an Apple Vineger

You can simply add water, non muslims use wine to make the sauce while we can have it with water and a good combinaison of spices, modify the recipes as you like it to be.
you can substitute it by any other fluid
if it’s a dessert replace wine by juice
if it’s salty replce wine by water or viniger

وليتكن اضفتن ردا بالعربية كي تتمكن الاخوات من معرفة الحوار

والمختصر ان الاخت تسأل عما تستخدم بدلا من النبيذ الابيض (نوع من الخمور) في الوصفات
والاخوات اجبن بالبديل مثل خل التفاح او الماء مع الاعشاب العطرية او العصير

مشكورة وعود الخير ولاخوات على الرد والافادة…واحيانا يمكن الاستغناء عنه نهائيا بدون بديل

Sisters, i used in teramissau little ornage and lemon juice instead of wine, and in cooking with meat i used Apple juice but the kind this is fizzy and it tasted soooooooo yumy.
بالعربي في التيراميسوا استعملت عصير البرتقال (بس ملعقتين +ملعقة عصير ليمون) وفي الطبخ باللحم استعملت عصير التفاح اللي يكون بالصودا (غازي) وطلع كتير لذيذ.
